Following the First Class experience Capoeira

The first experience during training capoeira is very confusing and stressful. The reason why capoeira is very confusing at first is because the movements used in capoeira is foreign to most people outside of Brazil, even the initial movements as simple as Ginga difficult to master even after months of practice.
Very difficult at first to follow capaoeira exercise because it's so often lost the spirit to always practice it
For people who have experience or breakdance and gymnastics will be easier to follow because there are similarities capoeira workout on the exercise movement, although not all the same.
Although the movements at the same time with Gymnastics Capoeira and Breakdance but capoeira is very high difficulty level despite being well trained and accustomed to doing gymnastics or breakdance still have to adjust some of the movements and rhythms of capoeira music, but it is recognized if the people who have experience and breakdance gymnastics will be easier soon adapt to capoeira from the general public.
There are other things that need to be known at the time of the first class are the body needs time to adjust to the movement, And Most beginners experience level of pain in muscles and muscle fatigue. This is caused by foreign movements in capoeira.
Do not be discouraged in practice capoeira with pain and fatigue because we are learning the dances are very beautiful where we should have a commitment to practice in this art form which would be very helpful and pleasant, but not for everyone. We all have to find what helps us to enrich our mind, body and soul.
